2026 Young Leaders Pathway Forum (YLPF)

On February 14, the 2026 Young Leaders Pathway Forum was successfully held at the Hilton Buena Park, bringing together selected students from the East Coast (Atlanta) and the West Coast for an inspiring leadership experience.
Throughout the forum, students had the opportunity to:
🎤 Learn from industry experts
🤝 Collaborate on hands-on team projects
💡 Develop leadership and problem-solving skills
📊 Present innovative ideas through team presentations
The event opened with encouraging remarks from
✨ Joyce Ahn, Buena Park City Councilmember and former Mayor
✨ Tammy Kim, former Irvine Vice Mayor and Secretary
General of the Korean American Center
Students were inspired by the real-life pathways of Korean American leaders and were encouraged to expand their own visions for the future.

With the support of TTEC Education Foundation, and the participation of volunteers, Student Ambassadors, parents, and students—about 70 participants came together to celebrate and support the growth of the next generation of leaders.
